The name "AWAKE Yoga & Meditation Sanctuary" came to founder Cathy Connors during a meditation. In that moment that AWAKE was born. She didn't know where it would be, how it would happen or who would be a part of it, just that it was meant to be created! This is the possibility of yoga. To awaken to your inner wisdom, trust what arises and then move forward with complete courage and heart!
