Event Description: Would You Like to Know How to Do a Federal Resume and Apply to Federal Positions? El Dorado County Connections - One Stop is hosting a free employer presentation on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the County Child Support Services building in the Carlton meeting room at 3883 Ponderosa Road, Shingle Springs, CA. During the presentation, representatives from the U.S. Forest Service will share information about the Federal resume format, process and how to create a federal resume. The second part of this series is scheduled January 12, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The representatives from U.S. Forest Service will discuss current job opportunities, application process, exams and how to apply for current job openings. This event will also provide an opportunity to speak to recruiters directly and ask questions. The U.S. Forest Service is located in Placerville, CA with positions throughout El Dorado and Amador Counties available. This employer presentation is offered as a community service through Connections - One Stop. Connections - One Stop is a program of the El Dorado County Health and Human Services Agency, and a member of America’s Job Center of California, a network of employment service agencies across the state.
