Grab your friends and join us for fun and fitness including a non-competitive 5k run/walk, health screenings and health talks by Marshall Medical Experts. Run or walk the scenic creek trail loop and end at the Health Expo to participate in a number of health screenings. Listen to experts' advice on heart health, nutrition & exercise and women's health.
