Event Description: Untangling the Web of Guilt and Self-Criticism A Workshop for Family Caregivers! Those of us who care for a loved one who is ill have times of being impatient and/or ‘edgy’ with the one we love. Many of us then feel guilty and become self-critical right at the time when we need tenderness the most. In the midst of care giving it is important to remember solutions to guilt are not nearly as complicated as they might seem. Untangling the Web of Guilt and Self-Criticism is an opportunity to explore where you get tangled up in negative self-talk and transforming that self talk into a chance to practice self care. We hope you will join us for a day of self care, kindness and lightening up.
