Event Description: Join us for an afternoon of carnival games, prizes, entertainment, and food trucks to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the El Dorado Hills Library! Circus of Smiles will be performing at 1:15 and 2:15, along with stilt walkers, a magician, face painting, and more! Food will be available for purchase from a variety of local Food Trucks.
