First of all, Ravjeet Basi is the man! I initially was looking for a small space to hold inventory, be a workspace for my online business, and with a little POS setup. Basi instead suggested for a little bit more, he thinks I would do a lot better in the Yuba Sutter Mall, and he was correct. Got me a good deal, was informative and straight forward all the way. So far, everyone has been friendly and informative from the office staff down to the security. Thank you from the Gamer Life family!

Potential business owners, stay clear from Ethan Conrad. I have never seen any property management group acts like they are the HOA Gods. You are pretty cannot do anything even though it is your unit. They also bill you for things that was promised to be taken care of by them. Then when you ask questions, none of them would be addressed properly.

Doing business with them is stressful and giving anxiety. Also, they do not keep their words, so have everything in writing (was promised 1-2 months free when signing, but then Shilo the broker said we got 10 days once we signed). Just another point to show they are a bunch of greedy people.
It is NOT worth it. They do NOT care about customer services and much less being decent human beings. The only thing they are good at is being on your back about stuffs and COLLECT payment. Stay away, you have been warned!

I am so so so so pleased with this company!!! Man where to begin lol! From day one Basi was so responsive to my inquiry to rent their space at Heritage Plaza in Yuba City. Within two weeks boom I had a signed contract and was able to move in. I called several other places that hadn't even gotten back to me in that two weeks. Thank you guys so much for being the biggest part of my small business dream :)

I would like to give reviews for Ravjeet basi , he is very professional and has a  postive personality , always ready to help client, always taking the time to answer calls and find suitable properties quickly within a few days .
He understands my inquiries and helps me  find a perfect and clean shop according to my budget ,

Stay away. I was a tenant for two years, never paid late, never asked for anything. They asked if I'd consider moving out a few months early since the suite next door wanted to expand. Then they wanted me to surrender my $4000 deposit. We finally settled in a much smaller number. Since they were doing a complete remodel they waived any minor condition concerns. I received the first move out report and it said I owed $18 for damages but 90 days later my refund check arrived with a new report saying I owed $2900. Took them to small claims and they didn't show up. I won back my $2900 but they haven't paid and now they're appealing to stall again. Never received an explanation or return phone call or email. In 35 years of business I've never worked with a less ethical company. STAY AWAY!

Charged me extra for problems with their property that I leased. Person I spoke to was very rude about it.

Never had an issue with Ethan Conrad Properties, until they decided to cut our contract (back in May) and hold on to our deposit.

I've been bounced around from Melissa, to Sheena, to Patrick, and now Ross. Left Ross a voice message letting him know that it's been 6 months.

Excuses they had:

Melissa: Answered my call only once, to let me know that the check was mailed back in June, and that they would issue a new one. After that she never answered my calls, nor emails. Always sent me to voicemail. This was between June and September.

Sheena: 09/20/2021:
Offered me to pick up the check on a Friday, then called Friday morning that Ethan was out of town and didn't sign the check. That she would give me a call back. Never heard from her again, she sent me straight to voicemail every time I called. (Not to mention, the receptionist was always rude and helpless, when I asked to direct me to someone else she declined because she needed a name of who to transfer me to since they had so many departments and countless employees).

10/27/2021: Finally a receptionist that directs me to a specific person for help. She directed me to Patrick. Patrick directed me to Ross.

11/02/2021: Here I am, currently waiting to hear back from Ross.

Don't. Just don't. Don't use them for rentals. Unprofessional contractors that don't take the time to do it right.

Beware of this company!! As a tenant, when you move out, they will gouge you with a heavy "restoration" fees, double the monthly rate, to do fake repairs. I would never recommend renting from this company. I would give 0 stars if possible. Consider this your warning.

Worst landlords ever. They don't care about tenants at all or their properties. Property managers are a joke. They never help you and just blame tenants for everything wrong in their complex but do nothing to resolve problems.
