The worst customer service I have ever experienced, not only have we had a multitude of agents in a very short time, the agents fail to return calls and messages. Been waiting 3 mo tha on refund for a cancelled policy that they kept screwing up. In general, avoid this bunch, they're terrible

I met Jeremy and put off getting a quote from him, for a while. We have AAA and I thought, "it's not broke, and it was a better rate than the previous insurance...". Finally sent Jeremy's office our information and within hours, he saved us over a $1000.00 a year! He and the office staff has been awesome when we called with any questions and Jeremy has always been available!

Don't trust the quote given to you by Jeremy. I was quoted a rate better than my last insurance company and switched to State Farm. One month later, I learn that the rate had gone up $1600 more than what he quoted for a 6 month premium! Although Jeremy knew it had tripled, he did not bother to reach out to me and waited for me to find out in the mail with a new statement requesting more money. This was one month after the policy went into effect. So when I changed my insurance back to my previous insurance company, they only returned a fraction of my money because they based my refund on the new rate that was never discussed with me. It has taken multiple calls to resolve this and they are blaming it on the Insurance Company itself and say they cannot refund my money.
If you have an option to get insurance anywhere else, I recommend you go with the other company. I have dealt with multiple insurance companies before and have never run into this bait and switch before.
