I received a response from the owner, Steve, immediately. He was professional and arrived at my house on time to inspect the damage. However, after a closer look, it ended up being just a little mark on the window shield. He wiped it off.

Steve was honest and didn't charge any. I offered to pay the trip charge, but he said, "It was a nice day to drive, thank you anyway!"

Steve runs an awesome business with great prices. Him and his assistant were extremely personable and fast. I'll be 100% reaching out to him for all of my auto glass needs.

Second time serviced when I ended up with a cracked windshield from an annoying truck carrying pebbles/rocks on the highway. I need to make a mental note-keep FAR away from open back trucks on the freeway if looking anything like a possible pebble/rock load!
Quick reply, arranging an appointment quick next day and as scheduled arrived on time at the comfort of my home!
Hoping I won't need to use again for a very long time however if I do I surely am grateful that I know who to call back!

Used them for vehicle for where I work.
Much less, quicker than Safelite. Plus Safelite wanted me to bring the vehicle into one of their shops, Vision came out two days earlier than Safelite said they could get me in, and took care of it in our parking lot.

Confirmed an appointment for today, never heard from him. When I called he said he thought it was for another day. Needed to get the windshield replaced today.

Steve was wonderful to work with and super responsive. He worked with me and my insurance to quickly get my cracked windshield replaced. Good guy.

Vision Auto came over to have a look at the windshield on a new used car I had just bought. The dealer wasn't willing to replace the windshield due to just a few nicks, and it was a seller's market so to speak. Not much I could do.

So... I thought I'd have someone take a look. The techs from Vision were great about scheduling and follow up. They were prepared to replace the windshield if needed, but after inspecting it they pointed out places where previous repairs were made and I just didn't know it. (I had thought most windshield repairs were mostly invisible, but that's not the case.)

The windshield was not perfect, but the techs said it was fully safe to drive and didn't see any cracking that would likely get worse. Six months later, it turns out they were 100% correct about that. And their service call to my house didn't cost me a thing.

I am very pleased with this company and the service it provided.
