My wife and I had the pleasure of being buyers working with Yoffie's Real Estate Group working with with Ann Akhromstev as our real estate agent. I could not have asked for a better experience and am so glad we found Ann for our home search.

Two years ago my wife and I started exploring the El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay areas with the intention of moving our large family from the Bay Area. We were really concerned about schools, community, neighborhoods but still wanted a house that made sense for our large family from all perspectives (space, location, cost, etc.).

Throughout our search Ann was so supportive through the many ups, downs and various pivots. We made offers on multiple properties before locking in a house that is perfect for us. During our closing Ann was on top of all commitments and communications and I felt she was really looking out for our best interest.

Lastly, after closing I ran into an issue with the house. Ann went out of her way to get guidance on my situation (which was already out of scope of her job) and continued to provide guidance and good advice.
