Event Description: Splash Into Summer Hosted and Sponsored by the El Dorado Hills Sports Club On Tuesday, June 5, 2011, El Dorado Hills Sports Club and Asante Spa will host the Second Annual Splash into Summer Pool Party and Carnival. All proceeds will benefit the Buckeye Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. To make this event a huge success, we are asking for your support in the form of a donated item of your choice, a service that you provide, or a financial contribution. All donations are tax deductible (EIN 27-1254269). The Buckeye Education Foundation’s charter is to enhance the education of all K-8 students in the Buckeye Union School District, to fund programs that the District is unable to fund, and to provide funds to assist the District with capital improvements and to update technology. Simply put, without private funding, several programs could perish and our children and community will suffer. It is the Foundation’s objective to protect and enhance the following: music and band programs, art programs, the physical education program, school libraries, classroom technologies, and the G.A.T.E. program. Sponsoring this event is an excellent way to advertise your business in the El Dorado Hills and Buckeye School District communities. Items of substantial value will be auctioned live, giving your business maximum exposure. Silent Auction items will be displayed with your business name, address and phone number. Your business will receive optimal visibility as we expect between 500 and 700 people to attend this event.
