Event Description: UPDATE FROM TOWN CENTER MARKETING 12/6/19, 4:35 pm: Due to high winds and rain, we will be postponing all events associated with the Christmas Tree Lighting tomorrow evening. There are safety concerns for the public as well as our vendors, and this is the best way to ensure that everyone stays protected. We will be doing a “Virtual Tree Lighting” instead, with the help of the Chamber of Commerce and California Welcome Center tomorrow evening at 6:30pm. You can check it out on all of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). All other activities such as the Live Music, Stuff your Stocking game and Open House will be moved to Friday, December 13th, to coincide with the EDH Fire Department Santa Run Final Stop. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you next weekend! The El Dorado Hills Firefighter Association is back for its 56th year of Santa Run tradition through El Dorado Hills. The event will conclude as Santa, Mrs. Clause and the Elves travel through Town Center to collect canned food and new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. It will finish with a fireworks show, cookies and hot chocolate provided by the El Dorado Hills Fire Department.
