Event Description: UPDATE FROM TOWN CENTER MARKETING 12/6/19 4:35 PM: Due to high winds and rain, we will be postponing all events associated with the Christmas Tree Lighting tomorrow evening. There are safety concerns for the public as well as our vendors, and this is the best way to ensure that everyone stays protected. We will be doing a “Virtual Tree Lighting” instead, with the help of the Chamber of Commerce and California Welcome Center tomorrow evening at 6:30pm. You can check it out on all of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). All other activities such as the Live Music, Stuff your Stocking game and Open House will be moved to Friday, December 13th, to coincide with the EDH Fire Department Santa Run Final Stop. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you next weekend! El Dorado Hills Town Center will host the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting in partnership with the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce and the El Dorado Hills CSD. The event kicks off at 4pm with a merchant open house. The “Stuff Your Stocking” game starts at 4pm, where children visit participating businesses to fill their stockings with special gifts. Enjoy live bands from 4:30-6pm and at 6pm watch the winners of the Caroling Contest. Santa will arrive on his traditional EDH fire truck to light the tree with magic glitter around 6:30pm. Free cookies and hot chocolate and Kettle Corn for purchase. Happy Holidays and we'll see you there!
