Event Description: Seniors and caregivers!! You are invited to a morning of relaxing and visiting with old and new friends. On this Tuesday, Marian Lowe from Cameron Park Physical Therapy will speak about easy exercises that you can do at home to help maintain your strength and balance. This is a FREE event! 2ND Tuesday of the month at the Cameron Park Community Center.
