Event Description: The Foothills of El Dorado County Branch* of the American Association of University Women presents a program featuring local 7th grade winners of a "Tech Trek" math and science camp scholarship. Geared toward helping girls pursue their interests in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) a Tech Trek experience is invaluable. Anyone interested in helping young women soar is welcome. The $20 fee includes a catered luncheon. RSVP by Oct. 1 by calling Kathy at 530-642-8511. *formerly the Placerville Branch


Directions:
From Eastbound Hwy 50 take exit 37 and turn left onto Ponderosa Rd. At the 2nd light turn left onto Wild Chaparral (no sign) by the Suburu Auto Dealership. Drive 1/2 mile and turn right into the Park Community Church Parking lot. Follow signs to the event in the Fellowship Hall.
