Event Description: Mother Lode Rehabilitation Enterprises Inc. (MORE) is hosting our twelfth annual Chili Cook Off and Classis Car show on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at The Pollock Pines/Camino Community Center, 2675 Sanders Drive in Pollock Pines. In addition to some of the best chili around, visitors will be treated to a special classic car show. Admission is a suggested donation of $5 per person. For this you will get a chance to taste all the chili, vote for your favorite chili, and vote for your favorite car. Drinks, (including adult beverages), barbecue beef sandwiches, and snacks will be available also. The classic car show gets under way at 10:00 am, and the chili will be ready at 12:00. Live music will be provided by local group “The Nobs”. All proceeds benefit adults with disabilities. MORE is currently accepting applications for Chili Cooks and Classic Car Show entries.
