Event Description: The Golden Sierra Job Training Agency and Small Business Majority are partnering to provide a free detailed look at how the new healthcare law, The Affordable Care Act, will affect your small business in the coming months. Topics being discussed will include: ? California's health benefit exchange, Covered California, and its Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) exchange for small businesses. ? Small business tax credits -- who is eligible for them and how to claim them ? High-risk pools ? Shared responsibility ? Cost containment ? Tools and resources available for small businesses interested in learning more about the law. It will be held at the Cameron Park Community Services District, 2502 Country Club Drive, Cameron Park.
