Event Description: Come see the 2013 Sacramento RAWartist of the Year! Todd Morgan & The Emblems perform a variety of original music from 20s/30s Jazz, 50s/60s Rock n' Roll, to present day Pop and Rock. You will enjoy a familiar, yet fresh modern sound with an emphasis not only on the music and lyrics, but also on visual performance!
