LunaFest”, a program of short films all by, for and about women, will be held both virtually and in person this year. Virtually it will be available for 48 hours from 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 31st 11:00 a.m. through Saturday, April 2nd , and in-person March 31st at the Cameron Park CSD. Doors open at 6 & films start at 7”00 p.m. Some food and beverage available for sale and desserts are complementary. Films celebrate unique, touching and inspirational roles of women. A raffle is also featured. Funds support education, especially for women and girls, including the club’s annual Live Your Dream Awards, for women who are the primary breadwinner in the family and are returning to school against steep odds. Funds also support local agencies working to Stop Human Trafficking in the Sacramento and El Dorado County areas.
