I had problems with my scanner for weeks and was getting very frustrated. I finally called Carbon Copy. Candy who is always friendly and helpful took my call. I was very impressed how quick she acted. She called tech support and before hanging up let me know that Larry was on his way. Within the hour, Larry knocked on my door. He fixed my scanner and made me verrrrrry happy.
Indeed Carbon Copy was rightly awarded "BEST" small business in El Dorado.
Kudos to you and your crew.

This is a good customer service oriented company. They repaired our printer quickly for a reasonable price. I would recommend them for repairs, especially to people in Placerville area who like to support local small businesses.
