El Dorado Hills Dental

Brought my 87 year old mother with dementia to see Dr. Ben Cope. I can't say enough great things, not just about him but the entire staff. I first came to this practice in 1989 when their father, Jim Cope ran it. After about 20 years I moved away and went through a few different dentists. Always searching for that same quality and friendliness I was accustomed to. I decided to make the drive and go back to what worked. Dr. Jim Cope has since retired, but was relieved to see his two sons took over the practice with the same perfection I had come to expect. I've seen both Ben and Austin and trust them both equally. Today, I was just especially grateful for the way Dr. Ben handled my mom. Their prices sometimes might be a little higher. But the quality of their work makes them the most affordable in the end. If I could give 10 stars for them I would! Thank you to the entire staff!!

Lovely front office staff. Dr. Austin and the dental assistant (forgot her name!) were so gentle and patient with my toddlers when we went initially for their first cleanings. I loved how they taught them along with let them lead during the appointment.

A few months later, we had a concern with our one year old's front tooth and they made sure to squeeze us in same day to get it looked at and they referred us to the appropriate place to handle it - no charge for a quick visit. Greatly Appreciate that!

My teeth have always been everything to me! Unfortunately from an early age I had TONS of dental work. Genetics weren't my friend in the teeth department. I had a bridge by the time I was 18. Cracked crowns. Root canals, tons of cavities. Couldn't afford implants so I saved up for years wearing a partial for 2 of my teeth. It killed me having to take my teeth out every night at an early age of 41!

Went to this horrible dentist in lodi who I feel jacked up my entire bite! Ended up going from 2 missing molars on one side to 3 missing molars on the other side! With two abscesses back to back! I was so devastated! I know how much implants cost. I floss every single day, brush all the time and was so upset when I had more problems take place.

Lucky for me I found this awesome dental office! I kept putting things off for years thinking there's so way I can ever afford this! But said what do I have to lose to see what I'm up against! On my very first appointment this dental team made me feel so comfortable, so at ease and made me feel like I CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS! Gave me sooooo many payment options and steps I can take! After I left on that first day I just cried and said THANK YOU JESUS for letting me meet this wonderful office!

After so many appointments and within a year I went from missing 5 side teeth. Two on one side, three on the other side. To now back to having a beautiful smile again! I'm SOOOOO THANKFUL! Beyond thrilled and excited! This was so worth the investment!

So if anyone sees this and wants to find a great dental staff who puts you at ease, makes u feel safe, protected and like u got this! Check these guys out! They are sooo amazing! Kudos Dr Austin Cope and staff! Thank you so much for giving me a reason to smile again!

Absolutely amazing customer service and communication. They took their time to explain the different procedures and the cost behind the procedures. The dentist was incredibly sensitive and gentle during the whole process. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

I can't recommend Dr. Austin Cope and Kimberly enough. My mom had dementia and had developed very severe mouth decay. Their ability to treat her and deal with her with extreme kindness and understanding was amazing. I thought I might lose her, the decay was so bad. Dr. Cope and Nurse Kimberly were able to get her sedated and fixed everything in one day, Truly a miracle! I will forever be grateful for the kindness and dignity they showed her in the face of her illness!

We moved to EDH from the Bay Area where we had a fantastic dentist for over 20 years . We are so impressed with our new dentist. The office is so friendly and the hygienist was terrific . Both my husband and I have been twice and saw each of the two Dentists. Outstanding professionals . So grateful to have found this group.
I had a crown done by doctor Austin . Amazing ! They have the equipment to create the permanent crown that day ! No temporary crown . Just a wonderful experience. I cannot rate this office high enough! !

Absolutely a 5 start dentist office. I would go 10 starts if there was a higher rating available.
Long story short. My mom, 82 years old, was installed 6 crowns plus bridge on her front low teeth in her original dental office, which almost made her fainted by doing so much work at once. After the dental work, she could not bite down her back teeth. I took her back to her original dental office, the dentist wanted install 6 more crowns on her up front teeth! I checked with another dental office, sure the new dentist did not suggest to install the new crowns in front to help closing her back teeth. But he could not fix the problem. I tried to make appointments for my mom, but were circling around from the appointment centers to the actual dental offices.

Saw Dr. Cope's office having the highest Yelp rating in the area, I called the office and we were seen by Dr. Austin Cope yesterday, the very next day I called. Dr. Austin spent the whole hour checked my mom's teeth thoroughly, ground down her bridge that prevented her back teeth to close, and fixed a wobble crown in an old implant tooth, my mom had the best meal last night since 4 months ago.

Dr. Austin Cope and his staff were friendly, patient, professional and tried very hard to make my mom being comfortable while they conducted the work. This is the best dentist office we were ever with.

I hate going to dentist! Until Now! I recently moved to the area, and was recommended by my family to go to El Dorado Hills dental. I have never had such a thorough exam, hygienist appointment, and dental work. Compassionate, and Uber professional to this big scaredy-cat! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I have been coming here a few years and am really impressed with the quality of care here. Everyone is so kind and professional. They really have a focus on customer care. The dental work is excellent. They are not pushy about dental care that does not immediately need to get done. They dont charge more than dental insurance will reimburse. They give a great goody bag. Office setting is in a parklike setting with lots of windows. I actually look forward to coming here for cleanings and procedures. There is a good vibe in the office.
