Karen did a great job selling our home. We have a full house of five, and with all adults working from home and kids doing online school from home plus three dogs, having our house listed was incredibly stressful! Karen was able to keep showings to a minimum by doing appointment only showings twice a week in groups and making sure anyone who came to see the house was preapproved to weed out any unnecessary showings. Last month I was visiting the Folsom area, where my girlfriend recently landed a new job. We are considering moving to the area within the year.
