Please join us for the Country House Residence Folsom Blood Drive on Wednesday, October 14 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Closed for lunch from 12:15 – 1:00 p.m. Located at the Country House Residence, 2005 Iron Point Road, Folsom, CA 95630.
To comply with social distancing practices appointments are encouraged and we are asking all of our donors to

Vitalant requires all donors to wear masks or face coverings - Given limited supplies, Vitalant is unable to provide masks to every donor at this time.
However, in order to donate blood, donors will be required to bring their own cloth-based mask/face covering. One-way valve mask or plastic face shields are not sufficient.
Vitalant is now testing all blood donations for COVID-19 antibodies - Donate to see if you can help COVID-19 patients: we’ll give you your antibody test results and, if eligible, ask you for a plasma donation.
On the day of your donation, you can complete your Fast Track Health Questionnaire online prior to arriving at the blood drive.
Go to:www.vitalant.org/health Please make sure to enter your legal name (whatever is on your driver’s license). When you enter your birthdate please make sure to enter the year first (down arrow), then the month (down arrow), then the day (date on the calendar). When you complete the questions and hit the Finish button you will receive a QR code. If you complete the questionnaire on your Smartphone take a screen shot of the QR code. If you complete the questionnaire on your computer print the QR code and bring it with you to the blood drive.
Please bring a photo I.D.
Eat well and drink plenty of water prior to donation.
Donors must be 16 years old and there is no upper age limit. 16 year old’s must have a signed Vitalant parent consent form – parent consent form
