In the past 11 years, I have learned from the best. I know what works and what fails. I can remember when a wall existed between your Sheriff’s Office and our community which created distrust. I have always championed policies that encourage community engagement and participation. I want to continue encouraging my fellow deputies to spend time getting to know residents and business owners so we better understand community crime problems and solve them together. Our Constitution and it’s protection of our civil rights will continue to guide my policy decisions as they have throughout my career. With your help I will build upon the successful programs and policies of Sheriff D’Agostini like our Homeless Outreach Program, STAR Program, Citizen’s Academy, Explorer Program, and our renowned Search and Rescue Operations to make our Sheriff’s Office even more successful.
